01 / Tianjin manufacturing

Our manufacturing base

HJ Fence is the fencing brand of Tianjin HJ Industrial CO., LTD. Our own Tianjin factory is the manufacturing base for this business. The exact manufacturing scope, capacity and origin of each proposed item must be confirmed in your quotation.

02 / Project-specific sourcing

Partner-factory coordination

Where a requirement extends beyond our own production scope, we can discuss partner-factory sourcing. Supplier identity, capability, samples and documentation are reviewed against the order before acceptance. This website does not claim an audited or certified supplier network.

From a mixed inquiry to an agreed supply plan.

  1. Consolidate the requirement

List panels, posts, gates, bases and hardware by item, quantity and drawing revision. Identify destination, required date and any acceptance standard.

  2. Confirm source and compatibility

Identify proposed manufacturing sources. Review capability and supporting documents; agree samples where required. Check mating dimensions across panels, posts and fixings.

  3. Agree the quality checkpoints

Define dimensions, materials, finish, sample approval, inspection responsibility, acceptance criteria and records. Third-party testing or inspection is arranged only when agreed and available.

  4. Plan packing and consolidation

Review package dimensions, weights, handling and readiness dates before proposing a mixed container. Confirm loading scope and shipping terms in writing.

Make the quotation easy to compare.
